Cineplex Odeon Fairfax Cinemas (Los Angeles, California USA - 1986)
This established historic theatre was split into three cinemas in an earlier renovation effort. While the three cinemas were retained, all other areas of the complex were restored to recapture the art deco detailing and colours of the original design. A number of significant alterations were made to accommodate a modern concession facility and new washrooms, as well as the upgrading of mechanical, electrical and life safety systems to meet the current standards of the Uniform Building Code.
