Cineplex Odeon Edina Cinemas (Edina, Minnesota USA - 1985)

This existing single screen cinema was in a designated historic structure, with respect to the facade and illuminated sign. These elements, as well as the existing lobby, were retained and the auditorium was demolished. A new building was constructed behind the existing lobby to accommodate four new cinemas on two levels. The project received a commendation from the Minneapolis Architectural Conservancy, and was published in Minnesota Architect.
