The Cineplex Odeon Cinemas at Clarington Place is a free-standing building of 3,075 square meters. The project consists of eleven auditoriums with a total seating capacity of 2,175. Dual entrances, from the street and from a rear parking area, lead to a central lobby space featuring concession counter and café, as well as a separate game zone.
